POPULAR actress Mira Filzah says she is still close to actor and comedian Zizan Razak, reported Harian Metro.
Mira, whose full name is Nur Amirah Filzah Badioezaman, said they had not seen each other much lately due to work commitments.
“Who said we’re growing apart? We’re still friends,” she said.
On speculation that she was dating Zizan, the 25-year-old Mira said if it were true, she would not keep it a secret.
“When the time comes, insyaAllah (God willing), I’ll announce it to everyone,” she said.
In response to questions on what gift Zizan gave her for her birthday on April 2, she said she was not ready to share that information.
“Let it be our little secret,” she added.
> A petrol station in Tasek Gelugor, Penang, which became a talking point after a video went viral due to claims that the station mixed water with fuel, was temporarily closed for maintenance work and not for investigation, the same daily reported.
The Domestic Trade, Co-operatives and Consumerism Ministry clarified that it never received any report about the station selling water-mixed petrol, despite the claim made in the video.
The ministry’s Seberang Perai Utara chief Zalina Aziz said it had contacted the petrol station’s management.
“They said there had not been any complaints from customers seeking compensation for using water-mixed fuel,” she said.
The two-minute video shows a man comparing what he claims to be water-mixed petrol sold at the station with another bottle allegedly containing real fuel.
